It would be nice if they told you up front, what the procedures would be with the documents they are preparing. When they tell you after they do the document you have to contact money hungry relatives for approval, well you know how that goes. So I am paying for a document that will never be signed or put on place. As I told them, had you told me up front, I wouldn't have proceeded with wasting my money. I guess you have to ask for the facts and procedures and any hidden things before they get started
This was our first time as Billet Automotive Mentoring working with Reno & Zahm law firm. Victor Zamora was assigned to help our non-profit with filing all the required legal paperwork and forms. He walked us through step-by-step with the IRS 1023 Application for our 501(c)(3), making sure every question had complete and accurate responses.
