Recently moved to Reno from rural county that didn't require smog checks and I wasn't aware that having a check engine light on was an automatic fail. Xpress Smog charged me the full price of a smog check to teach me that lesson.
Horrible. I came on a Saturday morning, waited for 20 minutes, and was completely ignored by personnel the entire time. There was no one manning the smog station and the people doing oil changes wouldn't acknowledge me at all. They need to learn customer service and at least greet their customers, and also add more personnel to their shop. Don't bother going here unless you want to wait a long time to be rudely treated.
I've been coming here for smog for near a decade. Aaron and the other guys at the shop are always a hoot, very efficient and helpful.
