DIRTY LAUNDRY i agree. the girls that work there are SO mean. they didn't buy my tommy hilfiger, mudd, lei stuff. they said they are looking more for designer denim, skinny jeans, high-waisted jeans, etc. that just is not fair. i have good stuff that i want to sell to them but they're not going to take it because they're being "selective" right now. i don't get it. it's not like they have to look through 1,000,000,000 buys a day. why can't they just take my 1999 tommy jeans and give me five bucks for them? i mean, someone wi... read more

Cheap, Cheap, Cheap! I took some really nice clothes, that were hardly worn and for what they would have given me for them, I could have maybe bought a value meal at Mcdonalds! Needless to say, I won't do business with them and wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

I AGREE I agree with Lonni. My mother and I took my niece's old Mudd, Hollister, American Eagle, & Abercrombie & Fitch, clothing in to sell...(exactly the brands they sell in the store!?!?!?) the staff was incredibly insensitive, and rude. We had a huge stack of jeans, some almost new, and see took all of maybe 5 seconds to "look through" the stack ( and no..I'm not exaggerating!), then said I can't use any of these. With no reason why.....my mother who has custody of My niece does her best to provide for her...and she just ... read more

Puzzling buying strategy If you're hoping to sell your used clothing at this store, you may come away bitterly disappointed. My children and a few of their friends have yet to have much success in that arena and we are perplexed and have yet to understand their buying strategy. While they claim they prefer certain brands and clothing dated within a particular time frame, they did not seem to follow their own guidelines. While the merchandise we brought to the store met that criteria, little to anything was accepted. Yet we s... read more

Nice store This is a nice store for teens and young adults to trade , buy and sell used clothing and goods that appeal to this age group. Don't expect to get alot for your items though. The shop is normally organized and clean but the music is Loud. I do like that you can basicly trade your old stuff in for different stuff. They also carry so hard to find items that are no longer sold in retail stores - Think last years jeans that you wore out and would love to find another pair of!
