1. They made an appointment for me that I wasn’t aware of. When I called to cancel ahead of time, they still charged me a no show fee. 2. The front desk secretary didn’t take my copay when I offered. 3. My medical file was not updated correctly. 4. The hormonal medication given to me was for symptoms I didn’t have and before my lab work came back to verify what was wrong.
The front desk staff are no good. They can't answer any questions and will lie about calling you when they never actually did. The doctors can't seem to enter any notes about procedures they order. This office will also cancel appointments on you the day of. You should avoid this practice if your health is at all a concern.
I went for my annual and to be taken off my birth control with Dr. Hernandez she then replied, saying “ i’ll be seeing you soon since, you’ll be getting pregnant” which I really didn’t appreciate that rude and unprofessional comment, it made me feel super uncomfortable. All I wanted was to be taken off my birth control not to feel judged.
Dr. Hernandez is amazing but her front desk staff is very rude and unprofessional. They recently called my wife demanding she pays for outstanding charges that she didn’t even owe since her insurance covers. Cinthya is very rude and made my wife feel as if she had no money to pay. Demanding she made money arrangements with her spouse ! We are very disappointed with her her attitude and rudeness worst staff ever. I would never recommend this place for any of my friends or family .
