This is one of a few Reno originals. While the place has been open since Reno was 40k people, this place has maintained a very high level of service. They remember you, they maintain the level of service you require, and they are very consistent. Me loves Reno volcanizing works. It's the first service center I ever knew in 1960s, and I still one of the best though I have used dozens of others over the years.
Speaking for the Plumb Lane store; everyone from the front desk to the work bays are great. You're treated like a friend or family and they never upsell anything; what work they say is needed to be done is exactly that and nothing more.
