We had to take our car in today to get a new battery put in. We were delighted that it wasn’t something more serious. Juan took great care of our needs as he always does! While we were there, we spoke with several people that were happy with the service they have also received from Reno vulcanizing. I was on vacation visiting family in Sparks and my check engine light came on. Reno Vulcanizing got me in and said my car would be done by the end of the day. Not even 3 hours later I received the call that my car was done. Thank you so much for all your help! I have always heard awesome things about Reno Vulcanizing!
I had an appointment for 8:00am for a LOF and ended up having to get a new cabin filter. As well. The staff is always very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The best part is they don’t pressure you to get extra services. You receive a printout of the services performed and possible future services you may need. It’s a helpful tool. In and out in 45 minutes. I highly recommend recommend this business.
I've been to their Sparks, NV location twice for repairs they definitely get a 5 star. The service writers are professional, courteous, and they listen to you. They resolved the problems and most mechanical repairs have a good warranty. I highly recommend Reno Vulcanizing-Sparks. After several more visits, they have treated me with respect, and prompt and exceptional service. I highly recommend them!
