Person answered phone was not very helpful, maybe she did not have her coffee yet refused to even try to help me without a vehicle VIN number. year make model engine and drive train wasnt enough. ???.. and then stated they would need a dianostic evalution before proceeding. my car broken down on side of the road, looking for a shop to tow it to. glad i called first. hard to believe 3 locations with this type of service. i called the prater location. Just my experience. hope yours is better.
