Don't Go Here Our lousy architect used Reno Truss for our roof. The first trusses they sent out were all wrong. The guys from Reno Truss said the contractor just wasn't setting up the trusses correctly but finally had to admit the trusses were incorrect. We waited two more days, in November, for the corrected trusses. They were still wrong but we had a winter storm coming and the contractor said we could make it work. If you're ever out in Rancho Haven and see a roof line that has a 'bump' in it, that's our Reno Truss roof. ... read more
