I couldn’t recommend this OB office enough!!! Everyone is so warm and welcoming. I’ve been seeing Dr. Brooke for about 2 years & I couldn’t have asked for a better OB. She actually cares for her patients & is always willing to answer any questions. The front desk girls Celeste and Sherrie are the type of people who should be working at a front desk in a women’s health office. They are so kind & soo sweet. Even the MA’s in there are the absolute sweetest. Every time I go in there it’s such a pleasant experience!
Amazing, friendly, and bubbly people! Today was my first time going here and I felt really safe. Such a calming and welcoming place. I am so happy to find such a wonderful environment for those more uncomfortable doctor appointments. Thank you for providing a safe space for your patients ❤️
So far, it was been a GREAT experience! Sometimes a little hard to understand the fast talk so I forget my questions but she she comes back and answers them. I feel very confident in her recommendations to fix my issues.
The medical assistant was amazing. The doctor was not. The doctor seems more in a rush to discharge you as a patient then to actually help and find the problem and solution. The medical assistant suggested a hsg test which The doctor said nothing was wrong and she doesnt think i need it, I still did the test for piece of mind and turns out everything is NOT ok. Now instead of offering help or guidance she rushed me out the door within 2 minutes and said good luck I cant help with what you u need and dont know who can. Oh wel... read more
