Dr. V recommended an uncessary surgery and she was not able to help with my issue I went to see her for. If I listend to Dr. V, I would have with missing body parts. 'Vicki' from billing, doesn't know anything about billing because she works remotely and most likely a fake person. Vicki doesn't bother to return patient's calls, but will text you a week later. Celest from reception will make it easy to never want to come here or call this place. Go somewhere else.
I miss Laurie Smith, she was always so kind and easy to speak with about your issues. Unfortunately, I had the extreme displeasure of having to see the new doctor, Veeraswany. Her demeanor was cold and unfriendly right away, she couldn't even be bothered to introduce herself or the other person who was awkwardly standing behind her. I went seeking help for hormonal therapy, her immediate response was "you need to get off hormonal therapy". Shockingly that was the end of the discussion. I would highly recommend you reconsider your options before coming here. The doctor was rude, cold, and condescending. Whenever I was telling her about my symptoms, she would cut me off and offer mediocre solutions. Extremely unprofessional. Save your time and money and go somewhere where women actually care about you.
DO NOT BE SEEN HERE! My daughter scheduled an appointment with Dr. Veeraswamy today for severe pelvic pain. We were surprised that she could be seen so fast. We quickly found out why…The doctor has horrible bedside manners! Completely insensitive to health conditions and concerns. My daughter is skinny and has always had a hard time gaining weight. Arathi Veeraswamy is so unbelievably unprofessional and disrespectful. Not only was she barely offering solutions for a chronic condition other than "just do yoga" or "just mimic pregnancy", she had the audacity to claim she was jealous of a separate chronic disorder I have that causes rapid weight loss because she "wishes she was that skinny".
