These guys are the worst. They charge you at every chance. My husband had a follow up lab test after having prostate removed. They make you come in and charge an office visit just to get your results that are normal. They withhold the results from my chart. Which if there is a sensitive issue is left to the Dr’s discretion. In our case everything was normal we had to drive in from Gardnerville to get the confirmation that results were normal. I have been there 3 times so far this year to just have an annual GU exam. I have two more appointments and maybe it will be done. It seems that they are just interested in up-selling services that are not covered by insurance. I told the doc that the office visit co-pay strains my budget, and his response was a $750 testosterone treatment. Run, do not walk to another provider.

Had two kidney stones. The doctor nor the nurse would offer any advice on prevention or cause. Referred me to the internet. I had the stones for three months before being removed surgically. Found out later I could have used lemon juice to dissolve them. As a result I lost 25% of function in affected kidney. The surgery was the most painful recovery of my life. BEWARE!!!
