The TSA agents are the nicest. Truly. They come and visit with you in line, are always polite and efficient.
Fantastic airport. Very easy to navigate and airport personnel are phenomenal. I fly into Reno alot and many others and Reno- Tahoe Int'l.rate 5 � stars
I have never had a bad experience at the Reno Airport. I love the sports bar, the coffee shop (Petes), the slot machines, the parking lot (Free) for the first 30 minutes, and the restrooms are clean.
What a great airport. The American Airlines staff was so welcoming and greeted me as I was checking in. The airport is easy to get around and the TSA checkpoint wasn't rushed and frantic. Great job!
