Honest, straight forward, zero hassles.
We took our F250 to them because of huge hassles with Corwin Ford. Andy helped us and took our truck in right away and found out that once again our truck had been mis- diagnosed. They talked to our warranty center and we found out they were not in the network to work on it for our warranty company. Even so they still helped us find a good shop that we can trust. We will be back to them. They are honest and communicate with you. That is what is most important to us. Thanks guys we'll be back!!!
If I could I'd give 0 star... my experience with R.S.D and a 2,000 dollar repair job. My husband took an rv to them and when he walked in they acted like he was a homeless person, because he was dirty from working. Bare in mind this was our 2nd appointment and the guy at the counter was very rude and didn't want to help him out. All he was doing was dropping off the rv for a client.
