Reno Solar are by far the worst company I've ever dealt with. I bought our system from them and turned it on November 2022 and have had to deal with system outages all year long. I missed generating energy this Summer and the entire time Reno Solar refused to send technicians out to help. I managed to get technicians out here only twice this year and they'd spend about an hour each time, tweak something, and then hope that would keep the system running.
