Very reliable. Had one time where the cleaners missed a few things, owner was very receptive and has been great since then.
Off to a great start! Yesterday had first cleaning with Reno Scrubs and am very happy with their services. The owner was responsive, accommodating and understanding of my home needs/request. The team was very pleasant upon arrival and got right to work. Came home to find many lovely details, fresh smelling, clean home. I am looking forward to continuing services with this amazing team!
We’ve been using Reno Scrubs for about two years now, and they have been absolutely phenomenal from day one. Their team is professional, reliable, detail oriented, and consistently goes above and beyond every single time they clean our home. What really sets them apart are the finishing touches. It’s the little details they pay attention to that make such a huge difference and truly make the house feel refreshed and cared for. You can tell they genuinely take pride in their work, and it shows in the quality of every visit. F... read more
I reached out to Reno Scrubs last minute to get my house cleaned before having family and friends over for my Sons birthday. Thankfully I was able to have them out yesterday and I am still blown away. The attention to detail is amazing. Im extremely satisfied, Reno Scrubs will be coming out monthly now! Highly recommended!!
Amber and her team are the only cleaners I will ever trust in my home! If you’re on the hunt for an amazing cleaner in the Reno area, you’ve found it. I went from never wanting anyone else to clean my house, to begging my husband for them to come back! I have never seen such attention to detail. There were things they cleaned that I have spent years thinking couldn’t be cleaned! I highly recommend them for regular and move in/out cleaning services as well.
