Unfortunately, this experience felt like a complete disregard for a customer’s time. I came in and asked if they accepted walk-ins for a simple haircut. They told me yes and asked me to have a seat. I ended up waiting for about 1 hour and 40 minutes, but no one ever accommodated me. Eventually, someone told me that I should probably leave because no one would be able to cut my hair.
