I had an appointment yesterday for today at 10:00 AM, and I waited from 10:00 to 12:00 PM. There was a delay without any notification, and without having my hair done, I was forced to leave. This is unacceptable, and I expect an official explanation and appropriate compensation for this dela
Unfortunately, this experience felt like a complete disregard for a customer’s time. I came in and asked if they accepted walk-ins for a simple haircut. They told me yes and asked me to have a seat. I ended up waiting for about 1 hour and 40 minutes, but no one ever accommodated me. Eventually, someone told me that I should probably leave because no one would be able to cut my hair. I moved to Reno about 6 months ago and have had a hard time finding a barber who nailed exactly what I was looking for. Eduardo knocked it out of the park! Fantastic barber and super chill guy. He's definitely my guy moving forward!
