A++++ I don't often write reviews.....But this place was extremely--GREAT.....Way fast--helpful--fair.......The way they operate they actually save owners & tenants time & money!--They helped me out so much (when I was suddenly moved out of my place due to leakage issues and floor problems!) Property managements places--in contrast? were pretty--rude--(burned out employees).........NOT so with Reno Rental Places..........I would go only there---when seeking a rental in future! Arlyn

Walked into their office in the old southwest area of Reno and was warmly greeted right away. Had a lot of information regarding my questions regarding rental properties. Highly recommend to both landlords and tenants.

Great Service, helpful staff – I used Reno Rental Finders to help find a home to Rent after the Washoe Drive Fire. It was helpful to have someone to make recommendations, suggestions and help find a place that would handle my family and my pets. The staff was both professional and courteous, and showed me several homes before I made a commitment. Very Poor Service, staff is very unfriendly, rude and unprofessional. They do not return phone calls and avoid you if you try to reach them. I would not recommend them to anyone. You are much better off using a real property management company or dealing direct with home owners.

Great service – I read a review that gave this service a bad rating. We have been renting our properties for over 20 years and doing it ourselves. Just this past year we started using Reno rental finders. I was unsure the first two weeks but have got to tell you they are efficient,friendly and for what they do I feel they are also reasonable. They do all the leg work for you. I like them because you still have control of your property after they find you a renter. They take all the phone calls and screen the tenants. What a ... read more

Excellent Service – I saw the reviews by Lynnk and Goldie B, and I must say I was surprised. I think their problem is a case of mis-perception. Reno Rental Finders is NOT a Property Management company in the traditional sense. They are facilitators. They help residential property owners who manage their own properties, but who hate having to find qualified tenants. Beware Owners – They say that the tenant agreement is one of the products offered to the owner, but refuse to let the owner see this agreement before it's presented with a prospective renter. I wonder what's missing? Sounds like a scam and a big time waster to me. Remember you have to manage the property with this agreement
