Never sent us a statement. Went right to collections. Hope you're out of business, called to complain and the number is disconnected. Thank goodness.

Easily one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a clinic or doctors office. The bills just keep coming even after the balances have been paid. The phone number is also disconnected. Not acceptable

They did not bill my insurance and never sent me a bill. Then put the balance on my credit and refuse to remove it. I would say from the other reviews on here, that they are practicing unethically.

They billed for a service they provided while I was hospitalized in March 2019 and the bill didn't specify what it was. I had to call to find out. I did however pay the $59 dollars they said I owed after insurance paid. Then with no further follow-up, 8 weeks later the billing company called leaving a message about turning a charge into collections. I called and although they couldn't verify I had paid (seriously???) they said they'd look into it. The next communication I got was a letter from a collection agency 3 months la... read more
