Got a surprise final notice bill in the mail, no previous bills received in the past months to rectify a final notice. Upon reviewing the itemized statement, Reno Radiological Associates is billing me for two claims that have been zeroed out through my insurance for weeks now. I have two open claims through them, that I actually owe money on, but have not received any bill in the mail showing where to pay it. Billing is terrible. I keep getting random bills from them months later. Have proof insurance has paid it off but they are trying to Balance Bill. Don't fall for their tactics and call your insurance.
The billing department is horrible. They billed me, medicare says they billed incorrectly and that I don't owe anything. Contacted RRA and they said oops they will correct it. Got another bill from them. They had do nothing to correct the first bill. Again said they will look into it. Last time I will use them.
I agree that their billing department is the worst! They don’t send bills, they just send your information to collections. I pride myself on paying bills on time and this really fries me!
This place is the worst billing dept. in the western US, they wait two years and act like it was yesterday, its so bad I refuse to use these guys for any services they "perform". What a joke they are.
