The first time I called this company, I had a detailed, lengthy phone conversation with Steve. He seemed passionate and knowledgeable. He had me send pics to his cell and we texted about them, but then several days went by without a word from him so I checked in to see when/if he’d be able to schedule a site visit to quote my job. Reno Power is one of the best Rinnai Tankless water heater service providers in North America. I have worked with Steven on many occasions over the years to help resolve issues no other service provider could resolve. I was very pleased with their work. The owner was very helpful and helped us make the proper decisions on the installation of our tank. We were unsure since this was our fist tankless system. The work was done very professionally and when finished the unit performed as expected. Not once did my wife and I feel uncomfortable and/or a need to question the work. Fantastic job and I thank them.

Steven is a true professional - knows the Rinnai product and the workings of natural & propane gas better than anyone I know. My only regret is not meeting him 6 months earlier than I did.
