Rich and his team were excellent. I love my patio cover. I wanted the slatted kind but Rich said because of the heat from the sun the full cover would be best. He was right. It was so hot on my back porch we had to wait until the sun went down to enjoy the night air. After the cover was installed it was cooler inside the house and now I am out there every night unwinding and relaxing. My only problem is what kind of lights to put up for atmosphere.
Signed a contract more than 3 months ago, put down 50% They haven't even applied for HOA approval. Save your money, find another contractor.
