I started going here for prenatal care with my last pregnancy and Dr. Shu did end up delivering my daughter(August/2021). The entire office staff was beyond excellent... Efficient, accommodating, caring, compassionate, and super competent. Dr. Shu is experienced and knowledgeable, at the same time, humble and personable. I am a new patient here. I was told on October 27th that my biopsy did not go well and that I needed to get into surgery asap. I was told by Dr. Shu I would be called the next day by the office to start scheduling my surgery. I was never called. I have called several times with no return call. My Doctor from Gardnerville called and spoke with someone who said they would call me that day. Again, no call. I finally get in touch with Cindi today who is no help at all.
