I asked for red French tips at least two times, went in with three previous acrylic nail sets fallen off, asked for a new set she apparently didn’t hear me as she started filing down the 7 outgrown nails. I asked “so no new nails?” She said “oh you want new nails” I said yes since I already told her I did…. Then left after she told me “ok done!” I asked for red tips but I guess she didn’t hear that either……….

Nancy lo dio todo.!!! Soy demasiado específica con lo que pido y con ella no tuve ningún problema. Es mi segunda vez en este salón, y realmente lo recomiendo. Todas las chicas tienen la atención que toda mujer necesita después de un día de trabajo. Me relaje con un champagne y unos masajes en la silla mientras hacía mis pies. Ella merece unos 100 y muchas estrellas 🤩

Excellent service…I really enjoyed my mani and pedi, Emma was great and very attentive. I recommend it. I will definitely come back. I am a very happy costumer. This is a place for guys to consider, not just for females. Thanks Emma! You rock!

I found a nail tech through IG. I booked an appointment. New to Reno. I was not greeted when I came in by ANYONE . From the moment I walked in. The energy was off . The nail techs were looking at me crazy. I felt really uncomfortable. This was my first time ever coming to this nail salon . I booked with Ni. From the moment I sat down she was rude , she had an attitude.
