My husband was terrified about getting a valve replacement. Dr Desai is so skilled in his profession that the procedure went fast and his recovery was remarkable. My husband is a new man.
It is so great to be in this place and time. Early in the morning I drove myself to the Sierra Medical Center hospital. Checked in. Dr. Desai does a mitral valve repair. Spent the night for observation. Discharged the next morning at 9am. Drove two blocks to Starbucks and had a Grande and a scone. Then drove home. Amazing.
