Dr Stevenson is a fantastic doctor and I happy with the help I am receiving from him but like other reviews for this facility there is a tremendous disconnect between the front office staff and patients which I find to be unacceptable. For a course of an entire week I called and left messages and emails regarding an issue with my heart meds. Never got a response back. I wanted to share my experienced visiting the Reno heart institute for Dr. Thomas Nylk. During my appointment, Dr. Nylk ordered a heart monitor and an Ecko for me, but he did not mention the need for a stress test. It was only when his staff called to schedule the stress test that I learned my treatment plan had been changed after I left the appointment. "I can't say enough good things about Dr. Desai and their team. From my very first visit, they made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Dr. Desai is an excellent listener and took the time to explain my condition and treatment options in a way that was easy to understand.
