For many years I have been on blood thinners due to AFib. I had asked about the Watchman, but was frightened by the thought of how it had to be inserted into my heart. Dr Desai helped me with a Watchman procesure. He was excellent and I had a wonderful procedure and home the next day! He is so easy to talk to and answers all your questions. He us the best in the Reno Sparks area.
Where do I start? I was having problems breathing. I was referred to Dr. Desai to be checked for Aortic Valve failure and was immediately impressed by how thorough he was in explaining my problem. I did several tests and he immediately put me in the hospital for Aortic valve replacement. I was terrified, and he immediately helped me through it. Dr. Desai is a very kind and big-hearted man ;) who took the time to patiently explain my condition and gave me advice and tips so I wouldn't end up in his office again! He's an intelligent man who takes a long-term and holistic view of your heart health and listens attentively to any problem, no matter how minor it may be in the context of his practice.
