Aaron was very professional , extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I was visiting from Mexico and one of old hearing aids finally quit working. Aaron was able to get me into a new set right away with excellent instructions on how to navigate the new aids. Highly recommend Aaron and Reno Hearing Center
