Sarah is amazing! I have had extensions 2-3x before. I have red hair so she really spent time color matching me with the 24" extensions. She was incredibly thorough and got me into her schedule quickly for install. With being a red head, or anyone coloring your hair, you always worry about making the extensions blend seamlessly and she was so patient with ensuring my colors were accurate, and if i needed a gloss after install then she has my color made!

Sarah Burrows did a amazing job! I recently had a kidney transplant and do to strong medications lost all my hair, I was sad and depressed due to hair loss and completely lost confidence. So I made an appointment with her to see if extensions wouldn’t work for me since my hair is barely growing. And she made it happen!! I can’t believe within hrs got full confidence back and feel happy again to se my self in a mirror. Thank you:)

i scheduled a consultation and showed up a couple minutes late, i texted them and told them i was on my way. my appt was at 5 & she told me she had another client at 5:30 and would not see me. she was texting me back and forth for 20 minutes but would not do a quick consultation with me. i knew what length i wanted and i knew it would have been quick but she was just being extremely rude, did not even come out to speak with me or reschedule or explain. she then texted me that i could wait (in the parking lot instead of in th... read more
