I arrived 30 minutes early for my mother’s appointment at this office. Her eye issue was healing, but mine was new and urgent. I offered to take her time slot, with my ID and PPO insurance card ready. The front desk refused to make this simple change — just creating a new patient chart and verifying insurance — and instead turned me away. I really like Dr Freeman. I trust him . He did my cataract surgery. My husband also goes to him . My husband had problems with his eyes for about 5 years after cataract surgery. The other eye Dr. just kept him coming back and never corrected the problem. Dr Freeman knew right away what the problem was with his eyes. I would highly recommend Dr Freeman

My elderly mom needed care after a severe fall and Dr. Freeman was the on call ophthalmologist. We were so lucky to have his care! He was amazing with her. Fast forward two years later and I had spots appearing in my vision which he came out to his office at 8 pm to diagnose and get my surgery set up. Just such a dedicated doctor. We were so fortunate to meet him and his wonderful wife who also works in the office. I just can’t say enough good things about Dr. Freeman and his whole office staff.

Great experience at The Reno Eye Institute! Whitney at the front was very friendly and helped me get an appointment next day that fit my schedule. Dr. Freeman was very thorough and friendly. I felt he really cared about my concerns about my vision, not that he was doing just another eye exam. Very comfortable patient waiting area. Super convenient location too right in the same complex as many other doctors and right off of Longley. Highly recommend Dr. Freeman and The Eye Institute to anyone with vision concerns!

I am about three weeks out from my cataract surgery. I found the office a ten in every respect from reception to surgery. Now, all personnel were all top tier but Diana at the main office is real positive standout. Very smooth and the results exactly as Dr. Freeman described. Recommend without reservation.
