This office is incredible. The thought of having to see a specialist made me beyond anxious. The front office staff and medical assistants were so kind, and helpful. I saw Dr. Tomlinson for a consultation, and his bed side manner and expertise are unmatched. Dr. Tomlinson took time to answer all of my questions, and truly made me feel comfortable, and at ease immediately. This is a Doctor who truly cares for his patients, and it shows. They got us in in a timely manner, even though we were a little late due to the crazy roadwork on Mill street. The nurse practitioner was very friendly and kind to my daughter who was a bit anxious about the scope procedure. However, Dr. Lough was condescending and almost seemed annoyed by my additional questions. He was dismissive and had poor people skills. Very disappointed.
