Very attentive felt listened and understood my concerns
Called to make an appointment, as they are listed as Providers, in-network, on my insurance. I also went there several years ago. The receptionist looked up my records and said, "Even though you are on a PPO, which doesn't require a Referral, WE AT THIS PRACTICE, require a Referral from your Primary Care Physician." My Primary Doctor provided a referral to a different place that is further away AND the Doctor has retired, so I want to go here.
