Maybe their basement business is great. We hired them for a 2 1/2 bathroom reno and everything was a disaster. They sub contracted it out further and everything you can image went wrong. Was suppose to take 4 weeks took almost 6 months in the end. The VP of sales quit, the Interior designer quit, they fired one crew in front of us, after stretching them thin, workers showed up at the house with minors. Customer service called me about my request for quotation, she was extremely rude.
Despite the costs of rising lumber and Covid delays they didn't make any excuses. Price for the work they quoted me came in right at budget. I would absolutely use Renoduck again and have recommended them to friends.
We don’t regret at all going with RenoDuck to finish our basement. We are very happy with the final result it is even better than we imagined and we get compliment every time we have friends over. Reno duck team did a great work. We had some delays due to the city permit and inspection processes which caused some frustration from our side but we believe that Darius did his best to finish the work with minimum delays. We highly recommend them !
We just moved into our new house in Mississauga and decided to spruce up the basement. We haven't worked with contractors before and are so glad our first experience working with Reno Duck was flawless!
