Great people that are very helpful and knowledgable! So friendly and patient.
First time I went in I was with a friend and the owners' son came over to help him - super friendly and informative. I recently purchased my road bike from Reno Cycling and Fitness and it was by far one of the best buying experiences I have had in a long time. The customer service is above and beyond, everyone was friendly and a huge help with selecting the bike to fit my desires as well as my budget.
