I would take a place like this over entering a courthouse any day. One place to go for getting tags and such done. One building. Plus, you can put yourself in line off your phone. No complaints from me.
Closes at 4:30. Got there at 4:17 (i understand that's pushing it) but there was no one in line. The lady working there told me they stop doing tags at 4:15...two minutes past and they refused? Why do they make it such a huge inconvenience?
Phone ring 3 times, went to voicemail. It was full, then automatically hung up.

I waited only maybe 8-10 minutes, no problems I just had to change my address. The person that I had wasn't so nice, instead of getting me in and out of there she was more into getting the customer next to me out of there and all in their mix. Very irritating especially when it doesn't concern you and all I was doing was renewing my tags.
