Im sorry but the communication with this company is difficult. Constant hoaa harassment over things they initially tell you are fine. Or over very trivial matters. When you do fix something they will just comeback and act like you didnt. Just repainted my steps told i didnt by the lawyer like wtf. I have always paid rent and mortgage on time but i still have to be told the property can be taken cause I keep a shovel and my kids bike behind my stairs.
The rules change based on the management. The rent keeps going up for what appears to be no reason. Some people are allowed to get away with things that other people are not. Most of the time it takes several days to get a response, if you get a response.
