I would not bother with anyone else! Ian is the best, reliable, professional ,does such a great job and such a nice guy, reasonably priced.
It goes against my grain to leave such a review since I never received any service from reno carpet repair, my disappointment comes with filling out their website form, and then submitted on Monday 1/6/25, followed by a phone call the following day on Tuesday 1/7 with the particulars I needed assistance with stretching my carpet. It is now Thursday 1/9 without a reply via email or return phone call.....
We just got our carpet restreched. It had several ripples from a poor install job. Excellent job by Ian. Ian is friendly, professional and completes the job in a timely manner. Definitely should contact In contact Ian for antsy carpet issues you may have.
Ian is easy to work with and reliable. The carpet repair looks amazing.
