I would give less stars if it were possible. After THEY broke my cup holder during a previous visit, they now want to charge me to repair it. I took my car in, told them the heater on front seat didn't work and the rear door mechanism that slid the door open and shut wasn't functioning. I also mentioned they told me I needed a new fuel pump when I had it in the previous year (remember the broken cup holder), and now it sometimes was hard to start. Wayne Lew is Da Man! – Hooked me up with a broken in '11 CTS-V at a good price. He returned my calls promptly and followed up with me to see if I was coming to look at it (I live 2 hrs. away). I went to look at it and didn't really plan on buying that day but he let me take a long test drive, answered all my questions and gave me a good price & he let me take it home that day with only a small deposit without the rest of the down or title to my trade in. winkel pontiac-GMC reno nv – bought a new pontiac G6 in may of 2006 bought with a chip in paint and was told to bring it back it two days to get if fixed, came back and noone knew a thing about it, this happened about two more times before the car was fixed for that chip. upon pick up more chips and scratchs, went back several time to get may thing repainted at on point a gentlemen told us we bought a 20,000 car and not an 80,000 car. during this time the car was also in and out to the service shop for and engine problem whi... read more

worst sales person jeff cuttler,,no knowledge of car,,basicly ripped us off twice – we purchased a brand new gmc yukon slt and realized my wifes mother could not get in to this vehicle. searched other dealers to find out this truck isnt even worth 37,000,,,,so we went back to winkel to find out they dont think its even worth 34,000...needless to say i ended up spending even more to step down to an envoy.....if ya want service look elsewhere
