Casey the manager was amazing. He was very informative and helpful with my daughters car. He checked many things to ensure she was safe. Casey went above and beyond to ensure I understood and my daughter was safe.

This review is long overdue. I was in last year, just passing through the Reno area. It was a Saturday after and my truck broke down. I was 5 hours into a cross country trip and my brakes locked up. I called several shops and they all told me that the soonest they could look at it was Monday. I really didn't want to get a hotel room until a shop opened up days later....
