Had a kitchen renovation where the plan changed significantly after we saw the demo. Once the walls were open we could see things that made a different layout possible. Amari called us in, showed us what they had found, and presented 2 options. We made a more informed decision and the kitchen is better for it.
Hired them for a deck rebuild that also included replacing the sliding glass door the deck was attached to. The door and the deck were coordinated so the threshold was exactly right. The fact that they handled both meant there was no gap between the 2 trades trying to get their work right at the junction.
The exterior painting they did on our cape included the front door and shutters in a contrasting color that they helped us choose. The color combination they suggested was one I wouldn't have landed on myself and it's gotten more compliments than anything we've done to the outside of the house.
ngl the flooring in our living room looked like it had been installed by someone who had given up caring before they got to the edges. reno art pulled it all up and relaid it correctly and the difference in how the room looks is significant. the edges and transitions are tight and the whole floor looks intentional
Had a bathroom renovation go smoothly from start to finish. Demo in the morning, rough-in checked the next day, tile started on day 3. The sequencing was organized and efficient. The bathroom was back in service before the end of the second week.
