My LG gas dryer wasn't heating. The tub was turning and the filter area was clean. Juan came out and within 30 minutes he had it working like new! Service call charge only and I'm full of gratitude that he could come out the same day I called for help...He now has a new customer for life!!!
Juan is the gentleman who came to my home and he was very knowledgeable and informative. He took the time to show and explain everything he was doing and gave me his best recommendations going forward. He even told me exactly what I needed to do to replace the part myself so I didn’t need to pay him labor cost. He was very communicative about his arrival and was able to come the day after I called. We had an issue with our washing machine. We called Juan @ Reno Appliance & Repair. Juan had time to come over the same day. He fixed our problem right away. He also told us how to be more efficient on how to use the washing machine. Juan was wonderful and we highly recommend him for repairs.
