RecommendedWe, as a family have been coming to the Reno Air Races for over 50 years. There have been many changes, evolutions, ups and downs over the years, but we have always, in general, enjoyed it. We realize with 2001, and the crash that killed and injured so many, the RARA has had to make some radical adjustments to stay in the air. This year, however, we were greatly disappointed by the lack of aircraft in the military and Heritage display......what happened guys? RecommendedWe were visiting a friend who lives right next the Reno Air races. It was awesome, some of the planes were so close to us we could feel the shake.
RecommendedLove our annual trip to the races. It looked a little sparse this year, but hopefully a sponsor will kick in and we can get the Blue Angels back! RARA DOES EXCELLENT JOB! Staff were great this year as always and a shout out to Todd and his hard working cooler drop off crew! Everyone needs to go to this event! Our group has been attending over 35 years!

RecommendedI recommend that you go here to drink cold beer and watch airplanes race each other. It’s pretty cool. And after reviewing this post I realized that the airplanes are not actually racing each other. But rather it’s the pilots Commandeering the airplanes that are racing each other in said airplanes.
