Horrible communication. Don't answer when you call. Didn’t come to graveside when they were supposed to. Everyone standing around waiting to get into chapel. Don't use them. Find someone else. Horrible experience. Don't return calls. Unbelievable.
The staff there was amazing. They were sensitive, courteous, and went WAY out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed at the time we were lost and confused by our loss. Highly, highly recommend them to anyone unfortunate enough to need their services. You guys are the best!

HORRIFIC. Made the family assist in getting their deceased family member on to the gurnee because they didnt brung sufficient staff. Disgusting. RUN from this place.
Susan and the rest of the staff were just wonderful at helping me get through this difficult time.
