I was super nervous about buying my first home in an area I didn’t know much about. Drew Jones and my agent Jamie made the exsperience enjoyable even with a few bumps in the road by working hard to make sure I got to see all my options in regards to properties and answer any questions I had a long the way! D R Horton - Average build quality compared to others homes, experienced after moving and while compared with the other new built, Closing wise - Mortgage- All good. DR Horton - Have given HOA management to poor company called OMNI COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION MANAGERS, LLC Who always plays a blame game and washing there hands saying it’s not under there scope or policy No street lights for town homes roads and where the individual houses the other side has good street lights.
