Lived here a little over a year now and so far so good! Worked with Alex back when purchasing and he answered every question and helped make the process smooth. Also worked with Shane through the loan process and couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I moved into the Villas at Renner Park in August and it was a great experience. Michele Simkins was fantastic to work with and very patient as I was making a major decision. Ian Delp was great too as I was walking through and making sure all was good during closing. Very pleased with the service I received and with my beautiful new home.
