Now we are paying HOA and the pool is being used by people who are not part of HOA community and DR Horton town homes. And the pool is being abused. I r also reported the issue to DR Horton office as well. No one is taking the problem seriously and help us. We have been complaining for a month to HOA but no one is taking the issue seriously. The townhouses are very nice and Mitch was great for humoring all of our questions throughout the tour.
Great experience working with Sam. He made the process smooth, was always responsive, and never came across as pushy. Really appreciated how straightforward and helpful he was throughout everything. Highly recommend if you’re considering a new home here!
