Spoke to Justin. Within a few hours, his technician, Chris, came in short notice, to check out AC system not working. Within a few minutes after inspection, he explained the reason why it wasn’t working. He’s very knowledgeable. I’d recommend Renner if you need quick AC response to your HVAC system.
I shopped around for a full HVAC system replacement and Renner came in with a competitive bid. The reason I went with Justin and his team, is they also wanted to replace my old ductwork and a/c lineset for a similar price as the other guys who wanted to patch up the old materials. Installation was quick, clean and passed all inspections with no problem. He even pointed out my dead attic fan during consultation, which was still drawing power! I can't recommend Renner Heating and air enough.
