We had NO A/C since the beginning of August (warranty company was a nightmare)… Justin came right out as soon as we sent a Hail Mary to give us an estimate. He was calm, thorough, and gave us multiple options as well as his recommendation. We went with his expertise and replaced our dinosaur unit and sub-floor ducting by relocating the ducting and vents to the ceiling, added a heat pump to the attic, and replaced the original package unit with a much more eco-friendly air handler. Great service tune up call. Erik the technician was super friendly very professional and knowledgeable. Explained what he was doing and what he found. When asked to see so I could understand he showed me. 100% top notch company. My friend also had new unit installed and the service and craftsmanship was top tier. My experience with Renner Heating and Air was fantastic. Justin replied to my request for an estimate the same day and came to my house the following day. He is very professional and provided quotes for 3 different units. No pressure, period! He and his partner installed a heat pump unit and a whole house fan. The quality of their is impeccable!
