We met Sam Bernardo from Renmark homes about 5 years ago when we were contemplating building on a complex site with a slope (8m). We were automatically taken in by his passion for building. We would like to send a big thank you to Sam Bernardo and his team at Renmark Homes for their recent professional assistance with following up a pesky water leak showing up in our garage. Our home was built by Renmark some 8 years ago now. Thanks to the wonderful job they did there were very few follow up matters required to be dealt with by Renmark. Renmark Homes built my home in 2013-14. I found Sam and the team to be very friendly, very flexible and very patient. During the quoting phase, Sam (Bernardo) was very interactive in seeking clarification and providing alternatives to the inclusions and materials I was wanting.
