Did a foam insulation job in our attic a few years ago and did not get within four feet of the perimeter near the eves. Scot took out the proper eve vents and we had much condensation dripping through our ceilings on our second floor, as well as dripping down the outside of our house. We tried to get him to fix the issues which were way worse after he insulated. Beds, family photos and the carpet were soaked from the condensation dripping in the spring. Ended up taking him to court and winning, but it was a lot of hassle.
Poor insulation causing our home severe condensation – Had Renken Insulation place foam insulation into our attic. He removed all of our proper ventilation and sprayed foam. Several months after the work was completed, we had serious condensation from the attic leaking into all the rooms upstairs, and also leaking down the outside of our house.
