Never called me back about the parts they said I needed. Never returned calls I made requesting service when my generator wouldn’t start.
Mike was great came out to get our generator working properly and did a great job, he diagnosed and ordered part and came back within a week and fixed the problem. He was very professional and reasonable.
Mike took care of all our service for generator repairs. Very conscientious and knowledgeable. Mike has been servicing our generator for years . We highly recommend Mike and Renk Electric.
