Horrible customer service. Rude and expensive.
It has now been 2 1/2 months since I sent my letter to Mr. Becker seeking a resolution to the damage caused by poor installation of the air conditioner. The damage to our basement came to $2,040. I am sending another letter out on September 12, 2023 asking for a resolution. I will keep you informed. Please see the post below regarding the issue. These guys are great. I had a tech out to work on my furnace. He was very fast knowledgeable. He found the problem immediately and educated me on my furnace while fixing this issue.
Converted my home to natural gas, they did an amazing job! Highly recommended!
