After hearing about what happened to my friend, I will not be returning to this place or recommending it to others. It is not appropriate to ask a customer to pay for a server’s mistake—especially after my friend had already confirmed with the server when the incorrect dish was brought to her table. This situation was handled very poorly.
March 2026: Stopped by for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. Ordered the regular size chicken pho. Overall, the dish was okay. Nothing spectacular about the pho. A decent amount of food for the regular size bowl. My wife got the vermicelli noodle bowl. The meat tasted like it had been cooked a while ago. That was one area of improvement for the chef. Service was friendly. Would try something different next time.
Got the wrong dish and was still asked to pay for it. I even asked the server how to eat it before starting, and no one realized the mistake. Instead of apologizing, the owner blamed us for eating it. Very poor service and attitude. On top of that, the chicken pho we ordered wasn’t fresh. Very poor service—won’t be coming back.
