This office has terrible customer service and will not release my Childrens records. They even gave my child expired medications during an asthma attack.
The nurses are rude and make you wait on hold for 20 minutes before you can even talk to anyone. The doctors don't return calls or answer questions about my childs care whatsoever they dismiss everything I say. Now they wont release my sons medical records and cancelled my appointment for his shots 2 hours before the appointment saying they can't release his records for 30 days and he needs his shots TODAY! Not the same anymore. A normal appointment shouldn’t take over an hour and a half, and still haven’t seen the doctor.
I loved this practice before primed took over I would recommend to anyone looking for pediatrician because of the amazing hours. I remained when primed took over because we loved Dr. Deena. He was the best but unfortunately he retired (well deserved) and our other favorite is also retiring. His replacement we were placed with is nice but she is consistently late always appointments run 2.5 hours for 2 well check visits and we make sure we are the first appointment of day or after lunch.
