The staff and doctor stone are a wonderful down to earth people that anyone would want to be around and very professional.
ALL..... the staff are great, very comfortable environment, they explain everything they are doing and plan on doing. They absolutely take care of your comforts, worries, and questions.
I've been to a lot of dentists throughout my life and have had plenty of dental work done. Over the years, I developed a real fear of going to the dentist. The people that cleaned my teeth are totally fine. My problem is with the receptionists calling me multiple times to change my appointment. I told them previously to make a note under my name that I will not be changing appointments ever so to stop calling to change because of my schedule. Just yesterday, I even talked to them on the phone about it & the following day they called twice and still asked if I could change my appointment to two separate times. I called almost in tears from pain I was having and they were able to squeeze me in even though my normal provider was out. They genuinely care about your concerns and take the time to explain everything. I am very grateful for the entire team.
