There is no sign for shipping and receiving at gates. The receiver is rude.

I have always spoke highly of the Renfrew Emergency Department until now. I was there August 5/2020, and was told I am not an emergency and should go to my doctor. No it was not an emergency but I have a right just like everybody else to go there for treatment. I was totally willing to put my 2 hour wait time in!! My ear is sore and aching and ringing.
