Long lineup, plenty of employees walking around and only one on cash. Waited longer in the lineup than I did looking for the supplies I needed today. Cashier was very polite.
Lots of choices and friendly and helpful staff!
Out of all the home hardware stores I've been to this is one of the nicest ones. Very clean and organized, helpful staff (Dan's the man). However management seems to be poor. When I went last time there was only one cash open, a line of 10+ people, multiple employees on their way home and no plans to have a second cash open. Someone who was technically done with their shift helped me out which I highly appreciate but I feel bad for the employees that this kinda thing even has to happen.
