Not my favorite building supplies store due to a bad experience years ago failing to return excess materials after a huge building project. I recently returned for some miscellaneous hardware. I found the service to be helpful and friendly, both in the store and in the barn where I drove in. One star dropped due to the barn floor being messy and therefore, dusty. Huge thanks to an older gentleman in the barn!
I ordered 4 chairs online and drove 60 km to pick up. The chairs were stacked when they were brought outside for pickup. Against my character, I did not inspect each chair individually, the top one was perfect. However, when we got them home, I realized that 2 of the 4 chairs seem to have white paint spatters on the seat section. I did not return to the store with them, as there was zero availability for these chairs within 100 km to our home and the color was an important buying feature. In Store service was great.
