If I could give this store a -0 I would. As always, I try to shop local and am faced with disappointment and frustration. Your customer service needs a complete overhaul. Very disappointed yet again today with my attempt for a few bolts. Guess what, Arnprior here I come because you are always friendly and helpful!!!!
