I'm beyond impressed with this place. I left a voice message the other day and it ended up cutting out. All that I managed to get out was that I was looking for my kids vaccination status and I thought they fell behind during covid and their names. That's it before it cut out. She got the message, and somehow figured out who to call back. I didn't leave my name or their last names, i didn't leave my phone number. It was honestly mind blowing and that's what i call dedication to your job and public health. 🥹
I've had no issue with the rcdhu. Friendly staff and very helpful. I ask questions and they give me an answer and if they don't have it they will find out for. Great place
We really have a great health unit here in Renfrew County. They offer a variety of services, all the staff are friendly and helpful, and in my experience, have gone out of their way to ensure the health and safety of our community. We should all be thanking our lucky stars to have this service at our disposal.
Not a good place. Does not make sense. Covid tests take a minimum of 35 hours to come in. Makes you get more than one.
